This Proposal authorizes GoBlock USA LLC, with Christopher Davis (“Chris”) as its member, and Aaron Tarnowski (“Aaron”) to perform Services to respond to the StatVenture Phase 2 challenge, and to earn Fees for that work.

Migrate Remaining Funds from Safe (Gnosis) to Aragon

Migrate all but $100USD worth of DAI from the Traxa DAO multi-sign wallet to the new Traxa DAO Aragon interface. This will allow proposals and financial side of the DAO to automatically execute once approved. The Aragon interface will be considered the 'operational' multi-sig, while Traxa DAO's Safe (Gnosis) will be the 'capital' multi-sig wallet.
